GNR has been retained by a 50-year-old, International organization in need of an experienced GOVERNMENT / DEFENSE CONTRACTS individual for their growing division in Austin, TX .
You’ll be joining a dynamic organization who’s making a difference in the world that provides R&D services to MILITARY entities, DEFENSE Primes , DOD, NASA etc.
We're looking for an individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience with DEFENSE contracts, to manage multiple DEFENSE contracts at various phases across 3 product groups and report directly to the Director of Operations.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Minimum 4 years experience with DEFENSE contracts, FAR – DFAR, SAM, CPARS, etc.
- Manage Contract full life cycle : negotiations, contract assembly, review legal terms & conditions to ensure compliance, submittal and tracking through all phases of completion.
- Collaborate with other Admin’s & PM’s, manage & report on contract status, submissions, deliverables dates, and address potential issues.
- Act as point of contact for government contracting officers, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
- US Citizenship with the ability to get a DoD Clearance
