  • This company is a leading provider of communications infrastructure in the United States, specializing in wireless, fiber, security, and managed solutions. With a nationwide portfolio of infrastructure assets, they play a crucial role in expanding network coverage, enhancing capacity, and supporting the growing demand for wireless services across urban and rural areas. They are looking for an Account Manager with experience selling enterprise-level software.

    Compensation : 200k

    Territory : Orange County, CA

    Responsibilities :

    • Meet assigned sales quotas by developing and managing new accounts.
    • Drive revenue growth by actively promoting company products and services to targeted accounts.
    • Develop strategic account plans through analysis and insights to achieve sales goals with existing and prospective customers.
    • Lead and manage sales campaigns to expand market share, applying strong influence and selling skills throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity analysis to negotiation.
    • Conduct and lead high-impact sales presentations for C-level executives and senior leadership, demonstrating industry expertise and the value of company solutions.
    • Overcome challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions and proposals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive sales and enhance customer retention.
    • Work closely with internal teams to optimize service delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Function both as an independent high performer and a collaborative team member with minimal supervision.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities by fostering industry relationships.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity data in the CRM system.
    • Deliver precise sales forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
    • Requirements :

    • 5 years of experience selling software to enterprise accounts.
    • Demonstrated success in acquiring and maintaining enterprise-level clients.
    • Deep understanding of account management and strategic sales processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
