Responsibilities :
- Meet assigned sales quotas by developing and managing new accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by actively promoting company products and services to targeted accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans through analysis and insights to achieve sales goals with existing and prospective customers.
- Lead and manage sales campaigns to expand market share, applying strong influence and selling skills throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity analysis to negotiation.
- Conduct and lead high-impact sales presentations for C-level executives and senior leadership, demonstrating industry expertise and the value of company solutions.
- Overcome challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive sales and enhance customer retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize service delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and exceeding customer expectations.
- Function both as an independent high performer and a collaborative team member with minimal supervision.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by fostering industry relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity data in the CRM system.
- Deliver precise sales forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
- 5 years of experience selling software to enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and maintaining enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of account management and strategic sales processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
