Job Information
This position is designated for the new Centerville (Snellville / South Gwinnett area) Health Center opening in Summer of 2024.
This position will be housed within our newest health center at 3025 Bethany Church Rd, Snellville, GA 30039, USA.
The center will be opening in Summer of 2024 and all staff hired for this location will be training in one of our other locations prior to the opening.

The salary range for this position starts at $43,350 and depends on education and experience
Description of Duties
Under general supervision, performs nursing services in the prevention of illness and health maintenance in a public health department. Assesses patient's condition, reviews records, administers medication and reports reactions to drugs. Administers vaccines and performs general lab duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
Minimum :
Vocational / Technical degree in licensed practical nursing from an accredited college AND current Georgia license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse AND CPR certification AND completion of all necessary orientation and training for Public Health LPN. No experience required.
