Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Cloud Solution Consultant to analyze client business processes and develop tailored solutions for the Utilities Call Center. This role involves configuring, testing, and guiding clients through SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U integrations, focusing on utilities industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop customized SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solutions.
- Configure and test systems to align with business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices.
- Manage projects and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless implementation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U integration.
- Ensure proper data replication and understanding of MIMO processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with at least one end-to-end SAP CRM 7.X Utilities Call Center implementation.
- Strong knowledge of utility business processes, customer service, and MIMO.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA IS-U.
