Description:
We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Senior System Engineer based in Atlanta, GA. Looking for a skilled candidate to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCC VDI infrastructure using VMware and Teradici tools, and support OCC radio infrastructure. Experience with networking, VMware, and VDI is required, along with L2 & L3 support skills and the ability to handle tickets and window updates/upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCC VDI infrastructure using VMware and Teradici tools.
- Support and troubleshoot OCC radio infrastructure, coordinating with ATL Radio, Delta Radio Shop, and vendor Zetron.
- Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot operating systems and system software.
- Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware systems.
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently.
- Implement changes to VDI and physical infrastructure while minimizing business impact, following OCC procedures.
- Manage and monitor network/local print queues for all printers.
- Assist the Sr. Systems Engineer in managing the OCC network.
- Write, submit, and execute RFCs (Requests for Change) as assigned.
- Coordinate and oversee external vendor services.
