About the Role
As Sales & Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the Sales and Finance departments, working closely with every customer to ensure their ownership experience is exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Assisting customers in securing favorable financing terms and educating them on finance-related products to protect their dream motorcycle, ATV, or UTV.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a team of sales professionals to match customers with the perfect powersports vehicle.
- Managing inventory, developing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with the General Manager to achieve sales goals.
- Ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively and delivering outstanding customer service every time.
