In order to better serve our clients, Go Behavioral is currently seeking a full-time and Prat- time (dual) case manager/behavior technician. In this role, you would serve as a behavior technician who provides direct one-on-one help while also managing supervision cases.
People who will enroll in or are already enrolled in a Master's program in applied behavior analysis should take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. Duties and responsibilities at work
- Simply offer one-to-one BT services.
- under supervision, provide parenting training
- Manage cases under supervision, including reports, programs, stimuli, and BIPs.
- the implementation of strong support systems and oversight for behavior technicians
- Analyze client progress over time, and adjust treatment programs as necessary.
- Employing behavior-based methods
Proof of upcoming or ongoing enrollment in an ABA Master Program is required for all case manager applicants.
Senior level :
$29–33 per hour
Requirements:
3 years of experience working in the field of ABA, completion of an ABA master's program, completion of 1500–1600 hours of supervision, and RBT certification
(must provide documentation)
Mid-level:
$26–$28 per hour
two or more years of ABA-related experience, 90% completion of the ABA master's degree, 1300–1500 hours of supervision completed, and RBT certification.

Entry level
$23-$25 per hour
with two or more years of experience working in the field of ABA, 25% to 50% completion of an ABA master's program, 750 to 1,000 hours of supervision completed, and RBT certification
(must provide documentation)
Upon hiring, Go Behavioral will offer you the resources you need to earn your Registered Behavior Technician certification if you don't already have one (RBT)/ (ABAT)/ QASP-S and QBA!
Spanish is highly desirable!
Qualifications
Preferable qualifications include exposure to or experience with ABA, DTT, PRT, PECS, NET, and DR techniques.
ABA-related professional experience
either now or later (within 3 months) participation in an ABA Master's program
Certification by RBT (preferred)
the ability to successfully complete background checks, health examinations, vaccines, CPR training, and certification
It is necessary to have dependable transportation, a valid drivers license, and auto insurance.
Prospective part-time employees need to be accessible between the hours of 09:00 a.m. and 8:00 pm, as well as at least 4 days each week, Monday through Saturday.
