MUST BE LOCATED IN THE GREATER PHOENIX AREAVolunteer Opportunity : Director of Community OutreachGo Beyond the Limit (GBTL) is a nonprofit, faith-based organization dedicated to empowering individuals through entrepreneurship. We are currently seeking passionate volunteers to join our board of directors, with the potential for paid roles as funding becomes available.We are specifically looking for a Director of Community Outreach to help us make a meaningful impact. This is a remote, part-time volunteer position.About the RoleAs the Director of Community Outreach , you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with communities across the U.S., including women's shelters, to recruit participants for GBTL's online entrepreneurship classes. Additionally, you will engage corporate donors to secure in-kind donations for program graduates, such as : Computers, software, and office equipment (e.g., desks, printers, phones).Support for graduates transitioning from shelters to secure housing.Utility donations, including internet and business phone services, for up to three years post-launch of their businesses.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking candidates with : Experience as a liaison between organizations and communities, building partnerships that drive results.A track record of creating mutually beneficial relationships that align with organizational goals.Prior nonprofit or board experience (preferred but not required).Why Join Us?This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women and underserved communities.
