As a Market Leader at GO Car Wash, you’ll oversee the operations and provide leadership for multiple car washes. You’ll work with your district managers, as well as regional and centralized support teams, to ensure the sites within your market have the facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service, and safety, while managing costs, necessary to give our customers a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience. You’ll also partner with the VP of Operations and Human Resources in hiring, training, coaching, engaging, and holding accountable your district managers and site general managers for meeting key financial and performance targets, as well as help them build and engage high performing teams and preparing individual Teammates for future leadership opportunities.
For you to be successful, we’re looking for :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred
- 5 years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business
- Car wash experience strongly preferred, but not required
