As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Field Sales and Fleet to elevate our sales standards company-wide and to drive B2B revenue growth.

As a Sales Manager at GO Car Wash, have two primary areas of responsibility :
Sales Excellence & Productivity – Develop and implement sales strategies, tools, and training to enhance sales effectiveness at our 155 retail location
B2B & Fleet Sales Growth – Drive revenue growth by acquiring fleet customers and developing local business partnerships.
This role requires both sales leadership including lead generation, sales training, and performance monitoring and hands-on execution, including negotiating and closing large contracts within our local markets.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Manager include :
Sales Excellence & Productivity
- Establish standard sales scripts and best practices for pay station sales advisors and frontline staff to improve customer conversion.
- Train, coach, and support field sales teams to enhance in-store sales performance.
- Work with our technology development partner and IT department to introduce a Sales Advisor Tool, a tablet-based sales tool and point of sale device to support site sales efforts.
- Monitor sales productivity at various locations and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting tools to track individual and team sales effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
B2B & Fleet Sales Growth
For you to be successful, we’re looking for :
Knowledge, skills, abilities
You will spend 60-80% of your time working at our local markets or our car washes. This includes time spent driving to, from and between sites. The 20%-40% of your time will be spent working from your home office.

Compensation
Base salary of $80,000 – $120,000 per year, plus commissions. Target commission equal to 75-100% of base salary, total On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $160,000 - $240,000. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
