Our Car Wash Advisor will exceed customer expectations with a friendly attitude and address questions and concerns with professionalism. At GO! Wash we pride ourselves on always putting the customer first and caring about the community we serve.
Job duties will include:
· Customer Service - Greeting customers at pay stations/lobby, addressing any questions/concerns, explaining wash options, helping members with their account.
· Sales – Upselling wash packages and interior cleanings while promoting our monthly wash program.
· Car Wash Operations -Vehicle Prepping/guiding, assisting with lot/tunnel cleaning and maintenance tasks as necessary. Operate POS systems for customers and cash registers. Quickly and efficiently hand dry vehicles.
Requirements:
· Ability to write and communicate clearly and professionally
· Able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions
· Able to stand for 4 consecutive hours along with squatting and bending
· Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions utilizing a computer and POS system
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
