As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative to drive fleet sales and build long-term partnerships with businesses that require vehicle care solutions.

As a B2B Business Development Representative at GO Car Wash, you will focus on:

  1. Fleet Sales Growth – Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing fleet customers.
  2. Strategic Partnerships – Develop and manage key industry partnerships to increase customer acquisition.

This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, relationship management, and in-market sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities as a B2B Business Development Representative include:

Fleet Sales Growth:

  • Identify, target, and acquire fleet customers, including businesses that require ongoing vehicle cleaning solutions.
  • Develop outbound prospecting strategies and execute lead generation efforts to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with Market Leaders to identify local fleet sales opportunities and support their prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct in-market visits to engage potential clients, present services, and close deals.
  • Manage and track sales activities, conversion rates, and overall performance in the B2B segment.

Strategic Partnerships & Sales Execution

  • Develop and manage channel partnerships with fleet service providers and industry partners to expand revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in businesses that operate vehicle fleets.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Assist in refining sales processes, prospecting tools, and sales initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support lead follow-up efforts, ensuring timely communication and scheduling of meetings with potential customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

For you to be successful, we’re looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Experience working with SMB/SME customers is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel within the market to engage with customers and close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, varying, and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work across multiple site locations.
  • Initiative-driven, with the ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with leadership, teammates, and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-changing business environment.

Work Environment

You will spend 60-80% of your time in-market at our car wash locations, including travel to and from customer sites. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent working remotely from your home office.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 – $65,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions. Target commission equal to 75-100% of base salary. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
