The Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring they meet our standards for quality and appearance.
• Customer service and relations, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with regulars.
• Inventory management and ordering, supporting our goal of minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
• Food safety and hygiene practices, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Collaboration with the kitchen team, working together to prepare menu items and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key requirements for this position include:

• Previous experience in food preparation or production, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols, including handling hot equipment and sharp objects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and managers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
