As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various sales channels.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
