The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for installing and repairing various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. KEY RESULT AREAS
- Utilize strong knowledge of quality standards to ensure CCM is meeting regulatory guidelines and customer expectations
- Act as main point of contact for customers in regards to all quality standards, questions and concerns
- Develop strategies and policies focused on improving quality standards
- Ensure highest possible quality is achieved to exceed customer expectations
- Act as a strategic partner to achieve company goals focused on quality

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years residential and/or commercial HVAC service technician experience (Required)
- Basic wiring, ductwork, gas piping, venting and copper brazing experience
- Professional appearance
- Exceptional communication skills
- EPA Certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Personal tools needed to perform work
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards learning new skills and a mindset of getting the job done
- Self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision within a team focused environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Available to work overtime with the occasional weekend install as necessary
- Ability to meet the physical demands.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
