We are a growing agency looking for the next perfect fit to join our talented team! This is a full-time, primarily on-site role that we are adding to our growing team of professionals and reports directly to the Head of Creative Production.
Go Forth Marketing is a growing, full service agency serving a wide range of clients with varying needs. This means our Graphic Designer will be tasked with producing high quality graphic design for a high volume of projects across a range of needs - everything from website design to office signage to vehicle wraps to logos and branding to printed collateral to video graphics to presentations, and more.

Responsibilities
- Following guidance and instructions from clients and Client Service colleagues, create compelling graphic designs for both print, online and social media that are consistently on-brand, relevant to the target audience, aligned with campaign objectives and free of errors (yes we have a proofer; however we require a standard of excellence and profesionalism at every stage of a project.
- Prepare graphic ideas to present to clients in an organized, professional manner that fits the GFM brand.
- Design branding materials, including logos, icons, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Create eye-catching social media graphics and digital banner ads.
- Design website layouts, UI elements, and landing pages.
- Design engaging email marketing templates and newsletters.
- Design brochures, flyers, business cards, and corporate presentations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and brand standards.
- Prepare final files for printers and/or installers.
- Interpret creative briefs and develop designs that align with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with full-time and freelance copywriters, videographers, photographers, content specialists, strategists, and web developers.
- Stay informed and innovative: stay current on market trends, consumer behavior, and design best practices; offer fresh ideas and solutions that contribute to the creative process while supporting business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field.
- At least three years of experience in graphic design, including logo design, typography, web layout, and print production. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Suite, FIGMA, and similar tools.
- Proficiency with WordPress a strong plus.
- Animation and/or motion graphics experience a plus.
- Experience with marketing project management software (we use Bonsai).
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and visual storytelling across various mediums.
- Basic understanding of photography, video production, and web development.
- Proven ability to collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other departments.
- Strong communication, work ethic, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for design, continuous improvement, and a proactive, positive attitude.
