As a Go GreekAssociate you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customerservice, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that customers have apositive experience throughout our store. Additionally, as an Associate youwill share product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers by answering anyquestions, assisting with product suggestions, educating and exposing them toproducts of interest.
Responsibilities willinclude :
- Providing excellentcustomer service while demonstrating a passion for our food
- Greeting Customers andestablishing eye contact
- Responding positivelyto customer"'s inquiries and assists customers with purchases, information, andproduct selection
- Speaking to customersin a respectful manner and maintain patience in addressing customer concerns
- Scanning products,processing credit cards and cash handling
- Providing qualitybeverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipeand presentation standards
- Providing customerssamples of our selection with a view to creating sales opportunities
- Following health,safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Washing, cleaning andpreparing of fruit and vegetables according to food safety procedures
- Cleaning and maintainsfrozen yogurt equipment, the general store facility, restrooms and kitchenareas
- Be friendly, courteousand respectful of fellow team members "" have a positive attitude
- Arrive to work on timeand ready to work at the start of their shift.
