Responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
- Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Coaching and training crew members
- Maintaining proper staffing levels
- P&L Implementation - Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs
- Working closely with Operations to ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed
- Sales growth
