Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by replenishing inventory as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about products and enhancing sales techniques is encouraged.
