Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing shelves, restocking items, and managing inventory effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Strong cash handling abilities to manage transactions efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate pricing and inventory management.
- Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments is preferred.
- Ability to stock shelves effectively while maintaining an organized display of products.

- Supervisory experience is beneficial for guiding less experienced staff members.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Experienced in upselling.
- Must be 21 years of age.
