You will assist with product demonstrations, manage inventory, and contribute to a welcoming retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing strong phone etiquette when addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, including backroom stock areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Experience with product demonstrations is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Experienced in upselling.
- Must be 21 years of age.
