Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a positive shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
