Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced drawer.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
