Job Title: Travel CT Technologist
Location: Margate, Florida
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel CT Technologist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, utilizing your technical expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform computed tomography (CT) scans on patients according to established protocols
- Operate CT scanner equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards
- Position patients for optimal image quality, minimizing radiation exposure
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan parameters, and image quality
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
- Active registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts
