Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory problems, including those requiring mechanical ventilation
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:
- A degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
- Current licensure or registration as an RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
