Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated travel nurse to join our team in Mayfield, Kentucky. As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during one of the most critical periods of a woman's life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to mothers and their newborns in the labor and delivery unit
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and manage complex cases
- Monitor patients' conditions, intervene as necessary, and document all care provided
Requirements:
- RN license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1 years of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain flexibility in scheduling
