We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN PCU to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit setting. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient outcomes while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and established policies and procedures
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes
- Document patient information, progress, and concerns accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
