Job Description
As a travel nurse RN PCU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. Your duties will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress

Requirements
