Job Description
- Provide physical therapy services to patients as assigned by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
The selected candidate will work on a full-time basis, approximately 32 hours per week, in an 8-hour shift format. This is a travel position, requiring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
