We are seeking a highly motivated and intentional Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness of TechR2's products and services.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance, measure reach, and increase engagement.
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar to align with marketing goals.
- Continuously monitor trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the digital space.
- Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Set 10 qualified appointments per week through a combination of social media campaigns, email marketing, and direct phone calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall sales strategies.
- Marketing Support & Planned Execution: Provide planned marketing support, including drafting emails, managing CRM data, and coordinating marketing collateral.
- Assist with email marketing efforts by crafting and sending out prospecting emails.
- Coordinate and support online advertising efforts, ensuring campaign consistency across platforms.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including audience reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend adjustments.
- Presentation of campaign results, including revenues generated and prospects reached, to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing campaign management.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve measurable marketing goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
