Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and digital strategy efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and enhance the overall reputation of Lake Havasu as a destination for travelers. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, engaging digital presence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Lake Havasu as a premier travel destination.
Manage and optimize Go Lake Havasu’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for SEO and user experience.
Lead social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging channels. Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to refine and optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute email marketing, online ads, and other digital content that reflects the brand’s voice and goals.
Work with external partners, such as digital advertising agencies, to expand our digital reach and improve ROI. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and industry best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing plans.
Manage digital budget allocation, ensuring optimal investment across digital channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
Coordinate with local businesses and tourism partners to create compelling content that highlights Lake Havasu’s unique offerings and experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, social media, SEO, and website management. Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite) to monitor and report on campaign success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and execute innovative marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
