Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in the food industry, with a focus on shift management and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Provide guidance and direction to team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Supervise staff in various roles

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
