Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 3 - Food for one of our Universities segment accounts in Lindsborg, KS. This position will be at Bethany College which is a residential Liberal Arts College. Sodexo provides on and off-campus catering, and we are a vendor of choice for the local convention center. Lindsborg is a community of 3500 known as "Little Sweden, USA" located just off I-135 midway between Salina and McPherson, KS.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract.
