- Ability to read and interpret blueprints & specifications
- Strong attention to safety, precision, and quality
- Reliable transportation and consistent job history preferred

- Operate welding equipment and power tools efficiently
- Inspect welds for accuracy and structural integrity
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines
