Job Description-
Position Summary:
Milacron is looking for a 1st shift Inspector to join our team in McPherson, KS. As an Inspector you will be responsible for inspecting new and used screw and barrels for compliance to Milacron customers.
Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm, overtime and Saturdays mandatory as needed.
Team:
3 groups within inspection (simulation, digital and finish) with a team of 10 associates on different shifts.
Create check-in card to use with job traveler
Set-up and operate gaps between screws (CNC, Threadmill, Finish Inspect, Pre-Inspect) verifying screw to blueprint specifications.
Must use precision measuring tools specific to job.
Lift, position, and transport work piece with a hoist.
Must use job specific hand tools.
Basic Qualifications:
1 years of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Precision measuring tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical School Certificate
High School Diploma or equivalent
