At GO Mortgage, we're dedicated to making home financing simple, fast, and efficient. Our Loan Officer Assistants/Production Assistants play a crucial role in supporting our loan officers by generating new business and overseeing loan files from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication with clients to complete mortgage loan applications
- Accurately input data into Encompass loan origination system
- Pull credit and coordinate with licensed Loan Officer to schedule client meetings
- Order necessary reports, gather documentation and prepare files for processing
- Maintain regular communication with Realtor, Loan Officer and Operations staff throughout the loan process
