Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, behavior, and development, providing feedback to parents as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques.
- Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
