What You'll Be Doing:
- Working with Toll Agencies overseeing payment of tolls throw-out the assigned states.
- Processing and payments of traffic violations.
- Assist in picking up new fleet vehicles and integrating them into our system.
- Collaborate with the fleet team to manage vehicle logistics and readiness.
- Assisting with car movements to different locations when needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth fleet operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Basic Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a Valid Unrestricted Drivers License
- Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
- Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- 2 years minimum general office/administrative experience
- Computer literate with advanced expertise in Excel spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, internet, etc.
- Able to multitask with an advanced ability to prioritize business needs
