What Youll Do:
- Lead Regional Safety Excellence: Oversee critical safety areas, including Worksite Safety, Illness and Injury Management, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Ramp Safety Programs, while maintaining compliance with complex OSHA regulations.
- Champion Hospitality-Driven Safety: Leverage your understanding of hospitality operations to ensure safety protocols enhancenot hinderthe seamless luxury experience our clients expect.
- Aviation-Focused Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of aviation safety practices to uphold industry-specific protocols while integrating hospitality-driven solutions.
- Drive Compliance: Collaborate with Human Resources, Risk Management, and field leaders to meet and exceed state, federal, municipal, and organizational policies, all while keeping client experience top of mind.

- 3-5 years of safety/security experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
- 1-2 years of related management experience.
- BA Degree preferred
- Active OSHA Certification
- Bachelors degree in International Relations, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Security Administration or related area or ability to demonstrate a work-based equivalent;
- NGO security, military, or law enforcement background a plus;
- Strong knowledge of security management in complex environments;
- Experience conducting training for small groups;
- Demonstrated understanding of complex emergencies, related security concerns and appropriate responses to such emergencies;
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex security concerns, policies, protocols, and procedures to senior management, employees, and consistently applying them at all levels;
- Written and spoken fluency in English required; second language a plus; and
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
- Mastery of aviation safety and security programs preferred.
- Profound knowledge of safety standards applicable to aviation operations is preferred.
- Expertise in accident causation and prevention theory.
- Proficiency in safety margins and cutting-edge risk management techniques.
- Deep understanding of human error and its implications.
- Comprehensive familiarity with National OSHA and CAL OSHA Regulations and compliance requirements.
- Adeptness in Workmans Compensation, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Workplace Security programs and compliance.
