The Regional EHSS Manager is a key player in delivering field support within their respective region, leading the company's comprehensive Safety and Security Management program under the direction of the Director of Employee Health, Safety & Security. This role emphasizes strict adherence to complex national Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, overseeing essential areas such as Worksite Safety, Illness and Injury Management, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Ramp Safety Programs. A strong knowledge of aviation safety practices is critical, as the Regional EHSS Manager must navigate specific safety protocols unique to the aviation and hospitality industries. Combining a thorough understanding of safety and security protocols with precise compliance to state, federal, and municipal regulations, as well as organizational policies, the Regional EHSS Manager works collaboratively with Human Resources, Risk Management, and field team leaders to drive continuous improvement in their site's safety and security performance. The position demands strong communication skills and the ability to foster a culture of safety and security across all levels of the organization.
