Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and organized Receptionist / Tour Guide. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service in a financial and law office and be a tour guide on a as needed basis.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and file maintenance
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with financial transactions
- Provide administrative support to two financial advisors and a lawyer as needed
Tour Guide Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided tours for visitors, providing historical, cultural, and factual information
-Answer phone calls and book customers on tour of their choice
- Engage with tour groups of varying sizes and demographics
- Answer questions and provide assistance to enhance the visitor experience
- Maintain a professional demeanor while delivering engaging presentations
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate tour schedules
Qualifications for the Receptionist / Tour Guide Position
- Must have a clean driving record, all applicants will be subject to a basic background check
- Strong public speaking abilities to captivate and engage tour participants
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure timely tours and adherence to schedules
- Leadership qualities to guide and manage tour groups effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus for catering to international visitors
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of financial lingo is a plus
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling high call volumes
Starting Pay is $16 an hour with ample opportunities to increase hourly wage. Tips are included for all tours. Full benefit package (100% paid healthcare) and 401k matching is available after 6 months, including PTO. This position is primarily a receptionist position with opportunities to be a tour guide and earn increased wages and tips.
