Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving and the ability to operate different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, and refrigerated trailers. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive various types of trucks, including but not limited to tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing fuel consumption.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs for hours of service and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered during transport.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

Experience

• Proven two years experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Familiarity with route driving.
• Experience operating tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers,
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to truck driving and cargo handling.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
