Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their cruise preferences interests and budgetary considerations tailoring cruise packages to meet their unique needs.
Destination Expertise : Stay informed about the latest cruise industry trends ship amenities and travel regulations to provide clients with uptodate information and recommendations.
Booking Coordination : Manage endtoend cruise bookings including securing reservations coordinating travel logistics and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Vendor Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise line representatives and other travel partners to negotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive offers for our clients.
Record Keeping : Maintain detailed and organized records of client preferences itineraries bookings and payments to ensure accurate documentation and efficient communication.
Qualifications :
Age : Must be 18 years of age or older.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customercentric focus providing clients with clear detailed information.
Detailoriented : Meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple client inquiries and cruise bookings simultaneously.
