- Full-time, M-F, shifts are 9a-5p or 11a-7p and Saturdays 9a-5p (will have 1 day off during the week)

- 100% outpatient

- If candidate is interested in doing some Women's Health it's a plus (not required)
- Typically see 20-24 ppd
- Seeking candidates with an active NJ license, NJ Medicaid number (Facility can assist if don't have one), DEA, CDS (NJ controlled substance)
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Must be vaccinated w / Booster
