Job Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP/PA)
- At least 2 years of experience in primary care
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some shared rotating call (1 week increments)
- See up to 16 patients per day, all ages welcome
- Willingsness to work at two site locations is beneficial
