- BC / BE Hematology Oncology
- Start date April 14th, 2025 for ongoing need
- Monday-Thursday Clinic 4x10 hour shifts with Friday as admin day
- Call is shared
- On-Call includes consults as well as rounding on hospital-side
- 18-20 ppd in clinic
- Level 3 trauma center
- EMR used is Epic
- Active IN license or IMLC, AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, Flu / Covid vaccines / exemptions & recent case logs
