Great organization in northern Boston, MA area has an Inpatient Hospital at Home Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role available.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Great location of Northern Boston in the Burlington, MA area
- Recently launched program 1 year ago - going great and looking to grow
- Instead of patients being admitted to hospital - they would be admitted to their house and care will be provided just as it would be on the floor in a hospital
- Physicians and RN's will be monitoring the patient from a command center remotely - NP / PA role will be to go in person to the patients home to provide IV meds and general care while in bed at home
- You will be assisted with an EMT
- Patients are only being admitted who live within a 10 mile radius
- Patients will be assigned to an NP / PA by zip code as the program grows
- Day position - hours and schedule to be determined - weekend requirement is likely
- Atleast 3 yrs exp in Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, and / or Inpatient experience is required
