GO Staffing is seeking a part-time Medical Director for its Cape Cod division. The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist with flexible scheduling.
- Administrative hours: 4-6 hours per week
- Clinical work: remainder of the time dedicated to direct patient care
- Diverse patient base spanning youths to adults with adaptable scheduling
- Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient services, including CCS
- Supervisory role involving mentorship, clinical oversight, policy development, and management of 4-5 providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Typical caseload: 10-12 patients per day in outpatient settings
- Additional responsibilities in CCS
