Oncology care and management for patients are essential aspects of this role. We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality patient care, treatment, and education at our well-respected Healthcare facility in Northeastern CT.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in Oncology. Current licensure as an APRN or PA-C in the state of Connecticut is required.
Main Responsibilities:- Oncology care and management
- Providing high-quality patient care, treatment, and education
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 32 clinic hours and 8 administrative hours per week
- Call schedule is 1:3, with minimal weekend rounding required
