GO Staffing is seeking an experienced Post-Acute Care Provider to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and services to residents of affiliated Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Board Certified in a relevant field (NP or PA)
- Full time; Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients across multiple facilities
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
- Minimum 2 years of experience in post-acute care/SNFs preferred
- Work collaboratively with Family Practice Physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Active DEA License required
